Refund Policy

VibeVidAI, operated by Lubaloo provides AI-generated videos that consume credits and incur real compute costs the moment a generation runs. This policy explains when and why we issue refunds.

Summary

All purchases of credits, credit packs, and subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Once credits are added to your account, they may have already been used to generate videos, which incur immediate, non-recoverable costs from our AI providers.

1. Credit packs

Credit packs are delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because credits can be spent immediately on AI generations that we are billed for, credit pack purchases are not refundable.

2. Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable, including any unused portion of your billing period. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing portal — your access and credits remain until the end of the current period, and you will not be charged again.

3. Failed generations

If a video generation fails due to a problem on our side or our AI provider's side, we automatically refund the credit used to your account balance (no money refund — just the credit returned for re-use).

4. Duplicate or unauthorized charges

If you believe you were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate transaction or unauthorized charge), email support@vibevid.ai within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund via Stripe.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under your local law (for example, the EU right of withdrawal). However, by purchasing and using credits, you expressly acknowledge that the digital service has begun and you accept that the right of withdrawal does not apply once credits are consumed.

6. How to cancel a subscription

  1. Open your profile or pricing page.
  2. Click "Manage subscription" to open the Stripe billing portal.
  3. Select "Cancel plan". You'll keep access until the end of the current period.
