1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use VibeVid AI. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at support@vibevid.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Credits, plans, and billing
VibeVid AI uses a credits system. Free users receive a limited daily allowance; paid plans and credit packs are billed via Stripe. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. Pricing and credit allocations are shown on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.
4. AI-generated content
Ownership
Subject to your compliance with these terms, you own the videos you generate using VibeVid AI. We retain no copyright over your outputs. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, transcode, and deliver your content solely to operate the Service.
Your responsibility for prompts
You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the videos you generate. You must not generate, upload, share, or attempt to generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit (including CSAM), violent, hateful, or that depicts real, identifiable people without their consent.
No guarantees of accuracy
AI outputs may contain errors, hallucinations, or unintended likenesses. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any output before publishing it.
5. Acceptable use
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or abusive automation.
- No attempts to bypass credit limits, watermarks, or moderation filters.
- No reselling generations or API access without written permission.
- No use of the Service to build a competing AI video model.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules and may report illegal content to authorities.
6. Content moderation
We screen prompts using automated filters before forwarding them to our video provider. Prompts that match prohibited categories are blocked and may be logged for safety review.
7. Third-party services
We use third-party providers (including Stripe for payments, Replicate for video generation, and Supabase for hosting) to operate the Service. Your use of those features is also subject to their terms.
8. Watermarks and free tier
Videos generated on the free tier include a "VibeVid.AI" watermark. Removing or obscuring the watermark requires a paid plan.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time from your profile page. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these terms end immediately.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will meet your expectations.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeVidAI, operated by Lubaloo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
